A Very Merry “Hair-larious” Fairy Tale
ACPACI got all tangled up in the fun and mirth with the uber funny and fabulously “hairlarious” Rapunzel, A Very Hairy Fairy Tale produced by Repertory Philippines last October 27, 2018 at the OnStage Theater Greenbelt 1, Makati City.
This updated musical re-telling of the original Brothers Grimm fairy tale of Rapunzel, a princess with long, long, long locks who was locked up in a tower by the evil Lady ZaZa who wanted to be Queen. It’s a story of friendship, courage and finding true love with a twist. The play was directed by Ms. Joy Virata; book, music and lyrics by Janet Yates Vogt and Mark Friedman. The event is a fund raising activity of ACPACI and proceeds from the ticket sales went to the Association’s scholarship fund.
